Thicker than competitors
AquaTough EPDM pond liner is 1.14 mm thick… substantially thicker than competitor’s 1.02mm liners. This makes it more durable and longer lasting.
Unique J-Tear protection
Assuming an underlay is used to protect your liner from sharp rocks and other objects, you can rest assured your AquaTough liner is virtually impossible to tear. That said, mistakes happen (e.g., a boat propeller or sharp tool slices the liner). In this unlikely event where a tear appears, AquaTough’s unique J-Tear design minimises the damage by stopping the tear from spreading.

AquaTough EPDM liner presents a seamless, natural look in your waterbody. Unlike cheaper plastic liners that can fill with air pockets or have unsightly ridges where the plastic has gathered, AquaTough’s rubber-made material delivers a smooth, mat-finish look. We sell by complete roll for $24.99/m2, or we can cut any width roll to a custom length for $26.99/m2. Note: we cut by length, but not width.

Add an underlay
We recommend you use an underlay to protect your liner. While EPDM liner is extremely tough, the weight of water (often many tonnes) in a pond pressed against rocks, sticks or other sharp objects can cause tears. Underlay protects your liner from such damage. We sell underlay for $3.95/m2.
QUICK AND EASY INSTALLATION
AquaTough EPDM liner is extremely easy to work with, making it adaptable to any pond design regardless of the complexity. The high elasticity of the membrane makes the rubber liner easy to stretch and bend while remaining tough and durable. The liner is also easy to cut to size and join together—we recommend using Firestone tape and primer. No special tools are required. Even after years of use, AquaTough EPDM liner is easy to rearrange, or even pull up for re-use in a different pond.
We provide free shipping to 95% of Australia, but there are some locations (e.g. Island and remote rural post codes) which unfortunately we cannot provide this option. Although rare, in this situation we will need to manually add the additional shipping costs prior to dispatch. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to sending the order and billing you an additional amount.
Returns
Goods purchased from Love My Pond are unable to be returned without first reaching out to us and requesting a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be made for pond and dam liners. No returns can be accepted unless a copy of the purchase invoice is enclosed with the returned item/s. Along with the goods and invoice, please include a list of the goods to be returned, including the product description, quantity, date of return and the customer’s name and address. The items must be returned in the original packaging. Freight charges for returns must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipment. We are only able to issue a credit note after the goods have been successfully returned.
Change of Mind
A request to return goods (except pond and dam liners) because of a change of mind must be made within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Freight charges must be paid by the customer for all change of mind returns.
Cancellation
No cancellation or partial cancellation of an order by the customer can be accepted by Love My Pond unless first consented in writing. Sometimes a cancellation charge will need to be paid by the customer. Cancellations cannot be accepted on goods that are not regular stock which are in the process of manufacture or ready for shipment.
Complaints
All complaints, claims, or notification of lost goods, incomplete goods, damaged goods, or goods that do not comply with your purchase order must be submitted to us in writing within 48 hours of the date of delivery. The exception is pond and dam liners which must be submitted to us immediately on receipt of the products. Otherwise, we will consider you to have accepted the items.
